Private dining
Summer Salt takes events from a table of 14 up to the full restaurant, which seats 190 or holds 220 standing. Few rooms of that size have the beach immediately outside, or a fit-out this restrained around the view.
The main dining room can be split: 48 places on the north side, 76 on the south, either half booked on its own while the rest of the restaurant carries on around it. The bar works for a cocktail party of 60. The private dining room sits back from the main floor, framed by natural light and the ocean, and seats 14 for a lunch or a dinner.
The events team settles the menu, the timings and the shape of the day before anyone arrives. A group of 11 to 30 eats from a set banquet, either the classic version or the premium one, and a 10% gratuity is added to the final bill. Saturday and Sunday functions carry a 10% surcharge.
